OLD PRINTING PRESS REPURPOSED AS A LOFT WITH SWIMMING POOL / GRENOBLE / FRANCE.

The previous building, 450 m2, located on the ground floor on the central patio level of the building; was used as a printing press and is located in the heart of the city of Grenoble (France).

​

It was transformed into a loft for a private client with an interior swimming pool and garden.

​

On a large part of the surfaces of the loft, natural light comes in vertically via inclined interior skylights to light up the four rooms.

A minimalist design solution.
