Built on two levels, the main functions of which are the following (organic concept): ​

• 20 lane bowling complex.

• Bar and services reception.

• A pool area, bar pub and seminar room.

• A restaurant on the upper floor with a west-facing terrace.

• A gaming area for children.

• A videogame space.

• An administrative area.
